Partnership Terms

• Complimentary Onboarding: Every partnership includes a free introductory phone consultation and an in-person strategy meeting before services begin. This allows us to learn your goals, understand your brand, and build a clear plan for the partnership.

  • Service Area: All partnership plans include service within 60 miles of Seymour, Tennessee. Travel outside this radius may require an additional travel fee.

  • Fair Use Policy: Each partnership is subject to a fair use policy based on the individual client, their normal listing volume, and the scope of services included.

  • Monthly Deliverables: Unused shoots, videos, or other included services do not roll over into future months.

  • Scheduling: Partnership clients receive priority scheduling, but all appointments remain subject to availability.

  • Additional Services: Services beyond the monthly plan allowance will be billed at the applicable partner rate.

  • Limited Availability: Leiser Media accepts a limited number of partnership clients to maintain quality, consistency, and turnaround times.

  • Eligibility: Partnership plans are exclusively available to licensed real estate agents, real estate teams, and brokerages. All included services are intended for real estate listings and real estate-related marketing only.
