The Leiser Media twilight Preparation Guide

Twilight Shoot Requirements

  • All Lights ON: Every interior and exterior light must be turned on, including lamps, porch lights, landscape lighting, string lights, and accent lighting.

  • No Parked Vehicles: All vehicles must be moved away from the property, driveways, and surrounding areas visible in the photographs.

  • Exterior Preparation: Patios, decks, porches, and outdoor living areas must be clean, organized, and staged.

  • Pools & Hot Tubs: All pools and hot tubs must be clean, filled, uncovered, and illuminated where applicable.

  • Interior Preparation: All rooms must be cleaned, staged, and photo-ready, with blinds and curtains arranged to showcase the illuminated interior.

  • Special Features: Fireplaces, fire pits, water features, and other amenities should be prepared and operational if they are to be photographed.

Twilight Scheduling

Arrival: Typically between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM, depending on the season and property size.

Completion: Typically between 9:00 PM and 10:30 PM.

Twilight appointments require several hours to capture the property through changing natural light conditions. Please ensure the property remains accessible and prepared throughout the entire session.
